Dentures can be such a pain

Many people have pain and movement from dentures, the main reasons for this can be any of the following:

1. Old dentures – the dentures are a different shape compared the gums
2. Dentures that are too big
3. Worn teeth on the dentures
4. Denture teeth do not meet together properly
5. The shape of the gum/ridge is too flat
6. Dry mouth – due medications and certain illness
7. The teeth are in the wrong position in relation to your cheeks, tongue, and lips
8. The teeth are the wrong size
9. Dentures made too quickly
10. Poorly made dentures

To eliminate movement and pain, dental implants can be used tokeep the denture in place which in turn reduces pain

Booked into Natural Smiles in Corby for a consultation with Viran as one of my crowns was loose and the root was fractured so therefore unable to save it. After a very thorough check up and scans, x-rays carried out, a plan was set up to start me on my way for a new smile to help me feel so much better in my self regarding my teeth. My goodness I am so happy I took their advice and now I feel so much more confident in how I look and feel about myself. I have new inplants and can't believe how much difference they make to my face.....Amazing!!! Just wish I had started this journey sooner. I have an NHS dentist in Corby but used Natural Smiles for implants - fitting and ongoing checks/reviews - including one I had fitted elsewhere. My two Natural Smiles implants are just 100% perfect - the moment they went in they felt like my original teeth, with no period of adjustment required. I came to Natural Smiles to see Anisha. For an emergency appointment. Highly anxious and nervous. I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked through the door. Reception staff were extremely friendly. I was then greeted by Katie. Who took me through to the room and introduced me to Anisha. They both explained what was going to happen. I then felt relaxed and at ease. The nursing team was very quick and efficient also kept checking to make sure I was ok through the process. I would highly recommend using Natural Smiles going forward.

I have been attending Natural Smiles, Corby for Invisalign, whitening and finally, composite bonding, as part of an overall 'smile redesign' plan for over 18 months. Every visit has been great. I have been with Natural Smiles from the day they opened and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everything is so relaxed and friendly, a lovely surgery, with lovely staff.The second you walk in the door you are made to feel very welcome, from the friendly receptionists, the dental nurses putting you at ease, and the dentists who couldn't be nicer.There is one lovely person holding all of this together, making sure everything is running smoothly, and staff and patients are all happy.That person is Carol, Carol Boyd the Practice Manager, nothing is too much trouble for Carol, so if you are looking for the best dentist surgery in Corby, it has to be Natural Smiles.

In April 2020 I was referred to Dr Bhavnish Waghela at Natural Smiles because my top front 4 tooth removable bridge had worn out and was affecting my eating, talking and confidence in smiling.From my first appointment the whole process to replace my old bridge with a fixed unit using my original supporting implants was carried out in a totally professional manner. I am really nervous going to the dentist and had to go for a periodontal clean over 2 days.Viran Patel.was the dentist I saw and he explained everything he was going to do and any discomfort I felt all I had to do was raise my hand. Natural Smiles have been amazing for me, I was so nervous at my first appointment but they were very calm and reassuring. When I actually had dental work done they were great, my teeth have always made me so self conscious and going to the dentist gave me huge anxiety but by the end I actually looked forward to my appointments! Natural smiles where do I even begin, literally boosted my confidence, the staff there are extremely helpful/ supportive/nice , Dr Anu , she has help me grow as a person and made my teeth glow , one of the best dentist I’ve ever met ! I can't personally recommend this dental practice enough. I wish I had joined many years ago, the service is second to none! Anubha is always so professional, very reassuring and understanding when it comes to my care and treatment. The reception staff are also really friendly and helpful too when it comes to sorting out appointments etc.

Wow, what can I say I am incredibly happy with my Enlighten Smile experience!! I was actually with a different dentist based in Leicester and came over to Natural Smiles after I was pushed and pushed to buy products I did not want or even need. I was completely put off until I was recommended to go to Natural Smiles. There was no selling of all the teeth procedures under the Sun but simply asked what I was comfortable doing to perfect my smile and they had my price range in mind.I wanted to have my teeth whitened for years and with my upcoming wedding in July I knew it was time to proceed. I was treated with care and smiling faces from the receptionist to the dentist. They cared about me and gave me guidance from start to finish! I was able to pay in instalments and came out with a perfect white smile after 4 weeks.I just want to say thank you for being honest people who genuinely care about their patients!I promise you you are in good hands!

I had composite bonding done earlier this year before my wedding and I am so happy I went with Natural Smiles, the bonding is fantastic, it has literally given me a whole new confidence that I didn’t know I had! I didn't visit the dentist for 17yrs due to a phobia. Although my teeth were okay I had gum disease. I decided to have Invisaligns and 4 veneers on the top set of teeth. Dr Waghela put me completely at ease through the whole process which took about a year all together. I'm over the moon with the results. My teeth look so natural. Having spent most of my lifetime in a dental practice, I was apprehensive when I needed private treatment for some dental implants to replace quite a few missing teeth. Dr Bhavnish has been nothing but amazing! He explained the process thoroughly, addressed any concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. During this time the amazing staff at Natural Smiles kept in constant contact with me and Kizzy was exceptional and professional in dealing with all of my questions and schedules for treatment. Dr Waghela went through the options I had, took into consideration how I felt about each treatment option and was able to recommend which would work best for me. The treatment was exactly how he explained and immediately I could see results. Overall I am extremely happy with the result and it turned out exactly how I wanted.
