Dental implants have been used in various designs for nearly 30 years!
Dental Implants are small titanium screws that are designed to replace a missing tooth’s root. The special post is fitted into the implant.
The post can be designed to:
Replace one for more teeth
Replace all upper or all lower teeth
Help keep full dentures in place more firmly
Replace all the teeth in a day!
High-quality dental implants can last many many years… they have a very high success rate!
From our experience, our patients say that when they have dental implants fitted, there is virtually no pain!! Patients tend to put off such treatment because they think it is going to uncomfortable and it does not promise.

At Natural Smiles, our team will work to make your experience smooth, successful, attractive, uncomfortable, and affordable.

As a patient at Natural Smiles, you will have a free consultation which gives you the opportunity to discuss your end goal and any concerns, it is very important that you explain what you would like out of having dental implant therapy and any concerns, you will be provided with a brief indication of the costs for the treatment you may need. Once this is done, you will be examined by our dentists, who will take X-rays, Photos, 3D scans (if needed) and again have a chat with you about your goals. We will then plan and bespoke schedule of treatment options for you using all the information we have gathered.

Dental implant surgery is carried out at Natural Smiles, with or without sedation (either oral or intravenous) and all treatments are carried out by our very experienced implant surgeon Dr. Bhav. The day on which the implants are fitted you may be suitable to have your prototype teeth fitted. A review appointment is made for you about 10 to 14 days later. Your implants are usually left in place from 6 to 16 weeks after which we will start to make your long term tooth/teeth. Once these teeth are fitted, the dental implant is used for a full-function which means eating, drinking, chewing, and not forgetting smiling.

I came to Natural Smiles to see Anisha. For an emergency appointment. Highly anxious and nervous. I was immediately put at ease the moment I walked through the door. Reception staff were extremely friendly. I was then greeted by Katie. Who took me through to the room and introduced me to Anisha. They both explained what was going to happen. I then felt relaxed and at ease. The nursing team was very quick and efficient also kept checking to make sure I was ok through the process. I have been with Natural Smiles from the day they opened and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. In April 2020 I was referred to Dr Bhavnish Waghela at Natural Smiles because my top front 4 tooth removable bridge had worn out and was affecting my eating, talking and confidence in smiling.From my first appointment the whole process to replace my old bridge with a fixed unit using my original supporting implants was carried out in a totally professional manner. Natural Smiles have been amazing for me, I was so nervous at my first appointment but they were very calm and reassuring. I can't personally recommend this dental practice enough. I wish I had joined many years ago, the service is second to none! Anubha is always so professional, very reassuring and understanding when it comes to my care and treatment. The reception staff are also really friendly and helpful too when it comes to sorting out appointments etc.

Wow, what can I say I am incredibly happy with my Enlighten Smile experience!! I was actually with a different dentist based in Leicester and came over to Natural Smiles after I was pushed and pushed to buy products I did not want or even need. I was completely put off until I was recommended to go to Natural Smiles. There was no selling of all the teeth procedures under the Sun but simply asked what I was comfortable doing to perfect my smile and they had my price range in mind.I wanted to have my teeth whitened for years and with my upcoming wedding in July I knew it was time to proceed. I was treated with care and smiling faces from the receptionist to the dentist. They cared about me and gave me guidance from start to finish! I was able to pay in instalments and came out with a perfect white smile after 4 weeks.I just want to say thank you for being honest people who genuinely care about their patients!I promise you you are in good hands!

I didn't visit the dentist for 17yrs due to a phobia. Although my teeth were okay I had gum disease. I decided to have Invisaligns and 4 veneers on the top set of teeth. Dr Waghela put me completely at ease through the whole process which took about a year all together. I'm over the moon with the results. My teeth look so natural. During this time the amazing staff at Natural Smiles kept in constant contact with me and Kizzy was exceptional and professional in dealing with all of my questions and schedules for treatment.
